For JavaScript

Tools > Options > Content > (turn on) JavaScript

For Java, verify if you have Java:

http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp?detect=jre&try=1

if not download

http://www.java.com/en/download/

watch out for crapware installation of the Yahoo Toolbar being packaged with Java (picture).

OK I have it --how do you turn it own so Firefox knows it's there and/or activates it?

Thanks JohnMTO
