I cannot find the place where one can move or delete bookmarks.

Also, where is the "STOP" button to stop a website loading in progress.

Chosen solution

The menu name changed but it's taking a while to update the Knowledge Base:

Bookmarks menu > Show All Bookmarks

The Stop button is at the end of the address box (after the star icon). Once the page completes loading it turns into the Reload button, so that's probably why you haven't noticed it before.
