I have to get on internet with Internet Explorer now. AT&T had to come to my home to help with this problem! Why did this happen? I was on the Internet, got off, then got back on again and this error message appeared. Please advise. Very concerning!

You can find the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"
