Getting a Simple Accelerator error

On a certain page of an intranet site, we get these simple accelerator issues which makes any moble browser unusable. Works perfectly on standard computers. Been told that this error does not occur on iPad with the Journey browser. Have not tested yet. Any ideas? I have screen shots.

What software does the Intranet site run? "Simple Accelerator" error is not enough information to be able to assist you.

Java script rendering 3270 mainframe information. When viewing the source code, it mentions 'frames'.
