I'm having problem running Kelby Training videos. Kelby thinks it's a Firefox pblm. Is Firefox 5.o compatible with a 64bit system?

I'm trying to watch Kelby Training videos on line. It connects fine but pauses to load with a "buffering" message blinking. This happens about every 20 seconds. I've been told that Adobe Flash Player is not compatible with a 64 bit system. I have a Dell XPS 1645, Windows 7, 64 bit OS. I have Firefox 5.0 loaded. If Firefox 5.0 is not compatible with Adobe Flash Player, will I have to load Firefox 4.0? Please Help! Thanks! Bill Araujo (billara@e*******.net)
