Ever since upgrading to Firefox 3.6.18 (on Win 7), clicking the + to open a new tab does nothing.

If I right-click in the current tab and select "Open Link in a New Tab," that works fine... I just cannot open a new blank tab.

I found somebody else with the same problem... the solution is to uninstall the "Ask" toolbar, which is probably something you never "asked" for in the first place.
