Importing Bookmark in firefox version 5

I had to rebuild my computer. I save all my file on my disk before doing it. I have reinstall firefox 5.0 and would like to get my bookmarks. I have search every and I can't find my old bookmarks from backup file. Is there a way I can import them? I'm running window 7 and found no import menu item.
