What is the FIPS password deal about?? I have never heard of it, much less knowing the password for it.

Just a nano-second before I sign in, this big box appears, demanding me to supply my 'FIPS 400' password (or something like that). And I can't supply the password, having never heard of FIPS, so I have to change to Safari to go online. Sigh//Sheila

Sounds that you have entered FIPS mode.
