When updating Firefox, I got a message that my AVG add on is incompatible, but no undication of the significance. As I use AVG V10 as my firewall & security barrirer, is it still safe to ouse Firefox???? I am using Windows XP Home SP2

Yes, it is still safe to use Firefox. That add-on duplicates features that are built into Firefox.
