right click "search google for" causes firefox hang

I can recreate the problem every time. I go to redfin.com and:

1. Search

2. Click on a listing on the search results map, the address pops out and I click on it which opens the info in a new tab.

3. In the new tab I right click "search with google for" on the MLS number.

4. A new tab opens but the website doesn't load. The firefox process pegs processor to 100% and starts eating up the ram.

The only remedy is to kill the process.

I have tried this in safe mode.. same.

I tested to see if there is a problem with my profile by doing the above in firefox portable and still got the same issue.

I also tested doing the above on the same computer but on a different hard drive with Windows7 and the issue was not present.
