OK! Example. I hit my bookmark for Union Bank, and my online banking screen appears ready for login. As I begin to type my username, VOILA! in front me appears a screen completely unrelated to my online banking - which blocks me from completing my login. Is this clear enough for you to investigate? or am I to receive one of your dumb, generic answers because Mozilla Firefox doesn't know how to remedy this situation, that has just started happening this week. This situation is NEW. Has not been occurring previously.

What's clear is that you have little to no respect for the volunteers who are here to help you. Generic enough for you?

I sincerely apologize and should have my brain washed out with soap. I'm a volunteer of several things myself, so please, if you will pardon me. At 70 I still need to learn patience and appreciation. Respectfully, Chuck Marx desertbare@yahoo.com Palm Springs, California

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
