Whenever I move a tab to my second screen it instead makes a blank window and the tab doesn't move, with this new window there are no bookmarks and I am unable to move back or forwards concerning history. What problem is this?

Try to disable hardware acceleration, it may nor work properly with the second monitor.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
