when i try to install the new Firefox, i get an error msg saying machine has to reboot because the old version didn't installed; when it restarts, we start the whole thing over again. Now all the versions are uninstalled and I can't get any installed!

I downloaded the newest Firefox. When I try run the set up, it tells me to reboot to complete the uninstall on the old version. I reboot, then the problem just repeats. I've manually unintalled the old version, now I can't get any version to install. Help!
