I'm getting a series of invalid certificate errors for a variety of sites, in particular for google calendar and gmail. I've updated firefox and ensured that my system date and times are all updated.

How do I refresh or update security certificates in firefox --- especially for google related sites and apps?

Who is the issuer of those invalid certificates?

You can retrieve the certificate and check who issued the certificate.

  • Click the link at the bottom of the error page: "I Understand the Risks"

Let Firefox retrieve the certificate: "Add Exception" -> "Get Certificate".

  • Click the "View..." button to inspect the certificate and check who is the issuer.
