I can't access my yahoo mail through My.Yahoo.com; receive a "Bad Request" message; how do I fix this?
Have just installed Firefox on my MacBook Pro. Set the home page to my.yahoo.com as with Safari. When I select any button to access the mail or selected messages, the "Bad Request" comes up for http://us.mg5.mail.yahoo.com/neo/launch?.rand=8lqpdrvmv81tk
How/what do I fix?

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I cleared cache and cookies and that cleared the problem.
