i am living presently in nicaragua, but my home is in san diego, i was unable to access my online banking and my bank wants me to download and use firefox browser, i have tried 3 times to extract it, it starts the dowload process, but at the end after the initial download it does download and crashes what do i di

Make sure that you save the Firefox installer to the desktop if you use IE and not try to run the program directly.
