Help is displayed by an app using local files in the default browser. Suddenly today, FF is blocking access to the help with the message

This address is restricted This address uses a network port w hich is normally used for purposes other than Web browsing. Firefox has cancelled the request for your protection.

The displayed url is http://peck:2049/help/topic/com.ibm.spss.statistics.help/overvw_auto_0.htm

This has been working for years until today.
