when pressed keys write in miniture can hardly see hotmail

when i go to hotmail the writing is so small its almost un readable,also when i press various keys differant letters appear ie press i number 5 apppears when i press o number 6 appears whe i press p an overscore appears.i have to keep my finger on the fn key all the time.i know this maybe not be a fault with firefox,but i don,t know who to ask,i am 78,hoping you can help.thank y0u

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?

Are you using Comcast/Xfinity "Constant Guard" with Keystroke protection enabled?
