I can't see the vertical scroll bar in the following website: http://livemanager.eurovision.edgesuite.net/fina/site/index.html; it diplay with no problem in IE. How can I fix it in Firefox?

It is possible that the screen is too wide or too high and that the scroll bars fall off.
Open the system menu via Alt+Space and see if you can resize that window.
If that works then close Firefox (File > Exit/Quit) to save that setting.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
