Tools>Options>Security - In Saved Passwords, delete the entire irctc entry.

Next time when you login at that site, FF will ask for remembering the password.

Thank you for your response Sir. I did the same . closed the FF and started again. But still I am unable to get that prompt for remembering password.

The sedonaharmony.org website uses autocomplete=off to prevent Firefox from saving the name and password.

You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save the name and password.
