Ironically, it allows norton to load. Typically, if it couldn't find it a site, it would go to a virgin media search screen. (note: firefox has been crashing recenting on facebook, and apparently I was sending out a spam link [after FF crashed])

Your computer may be infected (sounds like a hijack of the hosts file) -> I recommend you run a scan for malware -> http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Thanks, I ran a full computer scan using Microsoft Security Essentials... It was taking for than 12 hours... It didn't even bother telling me it found a worm :/
