Randomly, FF 7.0.1 displays a page in text only, no graphics, but if I refresh F5, it loads graphics okay . Any ideas?

Clean install of Vista Business SP2, (it did this before, though).

No html or images, only pure txt. Sometimes I have to refresh 2 or 3 times, and then it displays the site the way it should. It does it on many sites, but happens randomly.

Seacoastonline.com is one site it happens often, and it just happened trying yo go to Hootsuite.com.

The default of the pref network.http.max-connections has been increased from 30 to 256 in Firefox 6+ versions.

Try to decrease the value of the pref network.http.max-connections from 256 to 30 as used in Firefox 3 versions.

I tried this, and so far, every page has displayed the html version. till not convinced... BUT... now a new symptom... random sites and pages get a "Server not found", and if I "try again" once or twice, the page will load correctly.
