You tube does not work. Only on secon of the video

I have version 7.01 If I go on You Tube, the screen appears, I see during one second the button at left indicating that it is functioning, But every time, I have only one second of the video. Also the bar down which indicates the stop and go button, and the cursor which indicates that is is moving, does not appear. What should I do?

Should I erase 7.01 and download the precedent version?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
