On a website I use often, there are buttons such as a"cancel" or "Yes" and "No". The Y and the N are underlined indicating you can use a keyboard shortcuts. But the keyboard shortcuts don't work on anything inside the site, just on Firefox. Please help?

Try to press the Shift key in addition to the Alt (or Ctrl) + access key (i.e. Shift +Alt + S to submit).
