when i go to my banking site the site identity button is white and page states the page is only partially encrypeted, how do i changw the setting so it goes blue or green

That means that there is content on that page that comes via an insecure HTTP connection.

You can see the same on this SUMO Knowledge Base page as an example. It is the video in this case, but images are also a possible cause.
