about:config

general.useragent.locale set it's value to en-US

If that doesn't work then download an English language pack from

http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/7.0.1/win32/xpi/en-US.xpi 

and apply the method mentioned above.
