Hi Firefox keeps crashing - it was not crashing in safe mode on Friday but is now crashing in safe mode after a few minutes. I only have gmail open when it has crashed today. All add-ons are disabled. I have enclosed all the ids since Friday below including the date and time of crash from the crash report list

Firefox 7.0.1 Crash Report [@ _purecall | nsXPTCStubBase::QueryInterface(nsID const&, void**) ]
This is caused by Trusteer Rapport. Try to disable it and see if that stops the crashing.
You can stop Rapport using Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport
You can ask their helpdesk when an updated version of their product will be made available or, if you don't need this software, uninstall it.

Thank you very much - that worked. I have also raised it with Trusteer Rapport as I use that extra security which is still receommended by all online banking software. So hopefully they will have additinal requests to work on the problem and fix it. Thanks again
