When I attempt to open Firefox, it crashes. I have repeatedly downloaded the newest version and even tried opening in safe mode. I have a MacBook running Mac OS 10.5.8 on a 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 2 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 memory.

As for the PC, if you're running RoboForm for Mac, try updating:

I've already followed the instructions at https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox%20crashes.

Neither these nor the instructions at http://kb.mozillazine.org/Firefox_crashes helped.
