I normally use Firefox as my web browser. when I tried to use it, a message appeared that said it had crashed and would restart. I have tried numerous times to restart Firefox and it will not restart. I have even removed the program and downloaded Firefox and it still will not start. Do I have a virus or bug in my computer preventing Firefox from starting?

download the latest version of fx

Create a shortcut to the .exe and append -p to the target
Launch the shortcut and create a new profile in a different location, preferably a different disk
Run fx with out making any changes or adding any extensions/plugins
