all windows same size

All new windows that I open are the same size as the previous one. If I adjust a window, all the subsequent ones that I open are the same size as the last adjusted one.

I had this problem before and I half remember getting an add-on or extension that solved it.

In Scratchpad I ran both: .

In the 2nd one I got:
