With IE, I readily see the option to maximize the screen. I do not with Mozilla & usually it would be at the bottom right hand of the screen.

The following Add-on will allow you to place a %-age icon in the Add-on Bar (former Status Bar) to Zoom the page. A right-click of the icon will toggle from Text to Full page zoom. Using your scroll wheel on top of the icon will zoom up or down, percentage-wise.
