This issue is on top of the issue I sent in a few days ago. "Restore session" continues to be the opening tab. It says some tab is not closing!!! Do not understand what I need to do. I have closed Firefox several times and rebooted a couple times, but problem persists.

Please advise

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Delete the sessionstore.js [2] file and possible sessionstore-##.js [3] files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

A possible cause of not being able to clear the history is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
