How do I get the default options back without uninstalling and reinstalling firefox?

I have the antiphishing settup according to the FAQ but when I go to either of the test sites I am not warned off but actually go to the test sites. I wonder if this is because an one entry in the allowed sites add ons installation was manually removed recently and I don't know what was removed so that I can put it back. Perhaps something else was also modified inappropriately. So I would like to get back to the default setup as configured by Firefox.

Chosen solution

The mozilla.org site isn't in the phishing protection database, so for now use the .com site instead for testing.
