You can delete the mimeTypes.rdf file in the Firefox Profile Folder to make Firefox rebuild that list.

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder

I actually saw this on another post and did that. Now there is no mimeTypes.rdf file after the reboot and it changed nothing
