Firefox 9.0.1 doesn't crashes but freezes very often even in safe mode (without the add-ons) and it's impossible to edit a crash report. The only way to get out of this situation is to kill the process. It seems to appear when there's a flash-videos in the pages I'm visiting. All my add-ons are up to date and I tried to apply all the advices I found in your help pages. This trouble shooting doesn't appear when I visit the same pages with GoogleChrome. I use Win7 sp1 and firefox didn't have this troubleshooting before the 9.0.1 update.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
