Since updating, the Firefox icon on the dock has changed. How do I restore the old one?

I must have agreed to update to the latest version of Firefox. When I started up my laptop this morning, I saw that the Firefox icon on my dock had changed to an icon that seems to be a bit of paper with pen and pencil on it. I want the old Firefox icon back - the globe and fox one. How do I do it?

Hi miranda.watts,

You should try the solution listed in this thread:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/883573

  • Delete the Firefox icon from the dock.
  • Create a new icon by dragging the Firefox application to the dock.

Hopefully this helps!
