A firefox install is normally fairly self contained afaik it should run on a standard windows 7 installwithout you needing to look for or install any additional dll s. I have firefox installedon a Windows 7 machine with no problems.

Are you installing firefox from a standatd mozilla site?

Does it has any virtualization or sandbox features?
