I have sett FFox to clear all history when the FFox closes. But SOMETIMES I need to restart FFox and keep the opened tabs. (sessionstore?) It would be very useful a "re-start" button. How to do this?

That is not possible if you use Clear Recent History to clear the browsing history when Firefox is closed.
You will have to disable that specific setting and clear the history manually via "Tools >Clear Recent History" or via other means (sidebar, library).
