how can I hide the tags display with the bookmark icons on the bookmark toolbar
I have just changed to a new PC tower and I'm setting up Firefox for the 2nd time. I was using Firefox on my old PC and somehow got only the icons to be displayed in the bookmarks toolbar. If you roll your mouse over the icon, you can see the tag information.
I can't remember how I did that.
Chosen solution
Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar --> https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/roomy-bookmarks-toolbar/
- After install, set the options: Add-ons > Extensions > Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar > Options

You may need to update some plug-ins. Check your plug-ins and update as necessary:

- Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in: Installing (or Updating) the Shockwave plugin with Firefox
- Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape: Installing/Updating Adobe Reader in Firefox
- Shockwave Flash (Adobe Flash or Flash): Updating Flash in Firefox
- Next Generation Java Plug-in for Mozilla browsers: Installing or Updating Java in Firefox

Just exactly what I was looking for! Thank you very much.
I would click on "Solved It" but I don't see that anywhere.
