In the instructions for clearing cache, it shows a win. w/ tabs at the top and there is a square ff button at the top left....I feel really dumb, but I cannot find the window of which they mention....please help!!!

Hi ellsler13,

The Firefox button is only visible if you have the menu bar turned off. If you don't have it, just go to Tools > Clear Recent History

You can enable the Firefox button if you like by going to View > Toolbars and unchecking the Menu bar.
