I am able to download firefox. when i go to install it, It comes up with a window that says save as and asks current user or administrator. I click on administrator and it asks for a password which i don't have. I click on current user and it does nothing. I have tried many times with the same result. I have even tried to install other mozilla products and I always get the same result. I can't figure out what is going on.

If you use ZoneAlarm Extreme Security then disable Virtualization and reinstall Firefox. Other security software may have similar features to prevent Firefox from updating files properly.
