I added United States English Spellchecker (U.S.) 5.0.1.-it is in my add-ons, spellcheck is checked in tools options-and I restarted firefox after it said 'successful'--however, it still does not work. Is there anything else I need to do? Please Help! TY

TY so much...it is working now. I see what I was doing wrong. I would right click, but not on the mis-spelled word so the box with correct spelling & 'add to dictionary' was not coming up. After reading your answer & clicking on the link, I decided to try clicking right on mis-spelled word....YEAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! Again, I so Appreciate your prompt reply & look forward to transversing again in the future. Have A Great Day (Night) PatTra

Firefox has a spellchecker as standard feature, no need to install it.
Plus, the en-US version of Firefox comes with a spellcheck dictionary.

See if this helps you - https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Using+the+spell+checker

BTW, if you installed the SpellBound add-on, did you read the instructions? It doesn't do in-line spell checking as the default spellchecker does.
