Upon a recent Firefox update, my bookmarks reverted to a previous state and I am unable to restore them. Any suggestions?

It appears there is a lapse in bookmark backups with the last backup showing in my system as a November date and then the next bookmark backup is February 21st.

I have also reviewed "profiles" and I only have the default profile.

Download history, browsing history and saved passwords also appear to have been removed.

Hi,

You can try to right-click your Firefox Profile Folder > Restore previous versions > Copy the folder to another location and try to recover and overwrite the needed data files. The history and bookmarks are stored in places.sqlite, downloads info in the downloads.sqlite file, passwords in the signons.sqlite + the passwords key DB file key3.db etc. Please note that the restore option may not be present on every Windows version.

Make sure that you don't have multiple Profiles. Your more recent data may be in a different Profile.
