Firefox can decode the webm video format for html5. Flash support is in the works. If you are willing to try a very experimental build see https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android#Download_Nightly

I am not having any success using webm. In standard Firefox for the desktop there is ogg or ogv support. Why is this not paralleled in Mobile Firefox?
