unless I am in private browsing mode some pages won't load properly. Data is moved and pictures located in strange places. Did a setting get changed? And if so, where do I go to change it back?

Unless I am in private browsing mode my home page, statesmanjournal.com, and a number of other pages come up 'jumbled' with wording all over the place and pictures out of place. This just started happening yesterday. My laptop is ok with firefox, only desktop effected.
