How to remove the annoying resend POSTDATA message ???
i have firefox 10.0.2 and this thing is very annoying!
i'm pressing Resend 100% of the times anyway, so whats the point of it? even if you do order 2 of the same thing, it will be good because it helps to grow the economy!!! ;-)
but seriously... if people don't check their invoices after purchasing something, then that should not be my fault!
it used to only ask to resend data, but now i even have to refresh the page, so it has doubled the annoyance! :(

Hi,
Please check if this happens in Safe Mode. Safe mode disables the installed Extensions, and themes (Appearance) in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons. Hardware acceleration is also temporarily disabled - the manual setting is Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Use hardware acceleration when available. Options > Advanced. All these settings/add-ons can also be individually and manually disabled/enabled/changed in Firefox normal mode to check if an extension, theme or hardware acceleration is causing issues.

i dont think this is related to the issue... i want to remove the postdata message that sometimes pops up when pressing the Back button
You get an alert about resending POST data if you go back to a page or refresh a page that was previously requested from the server by submitting form data via a (hidden) POST form.
Firefox can only make sure to get the same page by resending that POST form.
Firefox doesn't know what that form data means, so Firefox asks for confirmation before resending that form data as such an action can cause you to repeat an action and buy another item or post a message another time.
A way to prevent that pop-up is not to use the Back button, but to open links from a page that was requested from a server by sending a POST form in a new tab (window) with a middle-click or a Ctrl + left-click.
Then you can close that tab or window to go back.
the page doesnt allow to open things in new tabs...
but come on... there must be a way to turn this annoying **** off?? for advanced users atleast!?
