Workgroup Manager for OSX and Printing Footers

I have Workgroup Manager managing a group of OSX machines at my workplace. I set them up to print a footer at the bottom of each page.

When I print off a page from Safari or Word 2008, the footer prints off fine.

However, when I print off a page from Firefox, the footer prints at the top of the page and in mirror writing.
