When customers log into GleeWorks.net, they do not see the scroll bar along the right side of the page. Older versions of Firefox did display the scroll bar. What did Firefox stop supporting that makes the scroll bar not appear?

I see vertical scroll bars on the pages that are longer than one screen. If you want the bar all the time, you need to add a style rule to your site:

<style type="text/css"> html {overflow-y: scroll;} </style>

If you don't see scroll bars even on long pages, perhaps one of your add-ons is interfering?

Also, when you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

1. Clear Firefox's Cache

orange Firefox button or Tools menu > Options > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Offline Storage : "Clear Now"

2. If needed, delete the site's cookies here

While viewing a page on the site, right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

Then try reloading the page. Does that help?
