Same issue, different location this time.

P.S.-Why are we not allowed to upload our image of the problem with our original post? This seems odd to me. In order to upload an image, I must re-post the original! A waste of time and a drag on efficiency.

This post has a designation of "solved it" out to the right. That is wrong. This issue has not been solved.
