You may need to update some plug-ins. Check your plug-ins and update as necessary:

You can use the DOM Inspector to find the IDs of items in the Firefox Menu button drop down.
You can search for #appmenu-popup (#appmenuPrimaryPane and #appmenuSecondaryPane) to locate that list.
